  Axioms ?
Whats the point of making rules if you cant even listen
to them. Lessons can be very expensive. If i listened
to my rules i prolly would have saved some money,
idioot. U know its not ur day when u fold 3s and
u flop qudas and theres a monster pot. Nothing more
frustrating than repeating mistakes. They were
at least marginal situations . But hyper aggressive
player makes it so tuff, unlucky he has As,
when i make a move, and basically every other time
he has rubbish.

There's a 3 step course to rules.

Making them.

Following them.

Redefining and analyising them.

Rules are either local (to one's self) or collective in which they must be governed by an agreed candidate.

Making them is easy, following them is prolly 75% doable, any less than that and it's maybe not worth having them.

The key is Redefining and analysing them to work out why you don't follow them, the idea of just following a rule is usually reliant upon many variables, so to understand the variables would help you to increase the opportunity of follwing the rules and redefining why works best.

Rules can't be concrete due to the variables involved... stupid to think they are, rules are a guide to playing the game of 'whatever'.
